What sizes are your wigs?

The wig cap is between 21.5" - 23.5" (Inches)

 

Can I dye my wig?

No, all our wigs have been factory set (colour) and cannot be coloured. Unless you are buying a Human Hair wig, which information will be on the Human Hair section (coming soon)

Are these wigs hand-made?

Due to the volume we sell these wigs are not handmade, but the lace frontal is hand-made but the majority is done with our suppliers in there factory.

 My wig has short hairs sticking out / my wig is shedding hair?

Short hairs are very natural to have on a wig, this provides volume to the hair and this is how the wig is produced. Shedding of a wig is natural over time, please note that taking care of your wig is hugely important, use a wig brush, detangle carefully, we advise to watch a few videos on how to take care of your wig, but we will be providing a leaflet on directions of this 

Are all the pictures true to the item in real life?

We try our best to take the best picture to showcase the product, some lighting, different camera's etc can portray different lightening or darkening on the product but we try to stay as true to real life as we can!

When we shoot any new wig, the wigs are created to be worn out of the bag but we do give them a little brush to showcase how gorgeous our wigs are!

Please remember that when you are looking at the wigs on the website, these wigs are on a mannequin head which isn't always true to a human sized head, so for example if you are purchasing a 18inch wig, the length is measured from the crown to the ends pulled straight unless the product information says otherwise

 

Do I need to use glue to fix the wig down? If so how do you do it?

Yes, to get the smooth seamless blend, using a spirit gum, we suggest Krylon Mastrix Spirit Gum, a clean but old little towel, before putting the wig on, ensuring you use rubbing alcohol and cotton pad to wipe away any excess oils from the sides of your face all the up to the top. Then lay the spirit gum down, wait till its tacky and then place the wig on, lace down onto the glue and with the towel to dab the edges down! We do suggest adding a few hair pins in to secure it!

ORDERING

 

What happens if my order hasn't turned up?

These are several reasons to why your order hasn't turned up

• Your order may have been lost
• The delivery address you provided was incorrect when you had placed your order, this could potentially be returned back to us (double check your shipping address before confirming order)
• The courier may have attempted delivery on several attempts you weren't in, so it would be returned to us (please provide as much info as possible)

If your order was lost in transit, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, but this is only comes into play after 30 business days has passed, then we can process your replacement or refund. 

If by fault of the customer (giving incorrect address details, not being in after several attempts etc) then once the package is returned by the courier back to us, then the customer will need to pay for postage again, once you have paid and we have received we will then process your order to be delivered back to an updated address which we will require you to do so by email to wigsbyfrankie@gmail.com. If the customer wishes not have the order, and wants a refund instead, after we receive the order back, we will issue a refund minus shipping, 20% restocking & admin fee from the order total will be issued once order has been successfully back in our fulfilment
